Search Fee
To begin your search, we collect an initial fee of $500 that allows us to dedicate time and resources to your family’s search.
This includes creating your personalized job description, sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, verifying references, coordinating the hiring process, and presenting thoughtfully vetted professionals.
The search fee is applied toward your final placement fee once a candidate is successfully hired.

A short call where you share what you're looking for and you can learn about our process, timeline and pricing structure.

To begin your search, we collect an initial search fee that allows us to dedicate the time, expertise, and resources needed to find the right fit for your family.
You’ll receive our Family Agreement outlining our process, pricing, placement guarantee, and what to expect throughout the search. Your search fee covers personalized sourcing, candidate vetting, preliminary interviews, reference checks, and ongoing support, and is fully applied toward your final placement fee.

A deeper consultation where we take the time to understand your home, needs, and priorities. We define the role and expectations for the candidates.

You don’t have to worry about a thing! In the meantime, we identify and vet candidates aligned with your requirements and home alignment.

We interview dozens of quality candidates, so you don't have to.
Then we send you a small number of curated professionals. You choose who to interview and who you’d like to schedule a trial day with.

We guide you through the offer, contract and hiring process.
Then through the transition to welcome your new nanny!

That’s it! You begin a supported transition with your new nanny.
Plus, we’re always one phone call away if you need any assistance.
*You do get a 90-day replacement guarantee in case things don’t work out
Pricing
Long-Term / Full-Time Care
A nanny that will sign a 1-year contract
$500 search fee + 15% of first year’s total compensation
*Includes nannies, NCS, house managers, chefs, etc.
Short-Term / Part-Time Care
A nanny that will work less than 40 hours a week and/or less than a 1-year contract
$500 search fee + 20% of first year’s total compensation
Temporary Care / Travel Care
A nanny that will work less than 40 hours a week and/or less than a 1-year contract
$500 search fee + 20% of first year’s total compensation
